With support from the United Nations Office for Partnerships, Transforming Commerce convened 350 thought leaders, business executives, entrepreneurs, social innovators, and creatives from the worlds of business, tech, finance, media, advertising, government and civil society to discuss revolutionary new ways to advance social impact through business. 

The event was co-hosted by Paul Polizzotto, creator of CBS EcoMedia and Leslie Moonves, Chairman and CEO of CBS Corporation with 60 Minutes Correspondent Bill Whitaker as the Master of Ceremonies. Keynote speakers included Shiza Shahid, Cofounder of Malala Fund, Terry Tamminen, CEO, Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation and Hugh Lawson of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Speakers included Ambassador František Ružička – Chef de Cabinet of the United Nations General Assembly President of its 72nd session, Mitchell Toomey -Global Director, UN Sustainable Development Goals Action Campaign as well as representatives from Dell, Airbnb, HP, Allstate, United Healthcare, Black Girls Code, Fast Company and Bloomberg.
